In order to use the app simply download the app and register. The app will securely connect to information from the GP surgery. To keep your access secure a security code will be sent to your device each time you use the app.

SystmOnline

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

• book and manage appointments online
• renew or order repeat prescriptions online
• view parts of your GP record. This includes information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person. Patients using the app have found it more convenient and it saves time. More information can be found here www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices
