Repeat Prescriptions

Order Online or Post

St Ann's is able to offer patients the option of ordering repeat medications online or via email.

Due to COVID-19 please do not enter or call the practice to order your medications.

Please download the Rotherham Health App or NHS App, post your prescriptions in the red post box on the outside wall or alternatively, use our email address:

We no longer accept repeat prescription requests from pharmacies or companies.

Regardless of which method you use to request repeat medications we ask that you collect your prescription AFTER 4PM TWO working days after you put in your request.

Electronic Prescription Service

Patients are now able to have their prescriptions sent directly to the pharmacy of their choice. To use this service please inform the pharmacy you wish to use and they will record your nomination and forward it to the practice.

Please note, this service is not for everyone. If you are on "Controlled Drugs" or your medication changes frequently, this service will not be appropriate for your needs. If in doubt please discuss it with your local pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
