During this time please call the surgery to order your prescription over the phone, in order to reduce footfall within the practice.
Alternatively you can use the mobile apps to order your medication.
We no longer accept repeat prescription requests from pharmacies or companies.
There are various different methods of ordering your prescriptions.
This can be done online using the SystmOnline or Rotherham Health App, using the prescription boxes located at the practice or by handing your prescription to a member of our reception team. Regardless of which method you use to request repeat medications we ask that you collect your prescription AFTER 4PM TWO working days after you put in your request.
St Ann's is now able to offer patients the option of ordering repeat medications online. For more information or to get your registration details please ask at reception.
As soon as you have your registration details please click on the link at the top of this page to be taken to the Login page.
Patients on long term medication can order repeat prescriptions using the rear off slip attached to their last prescription. Simply tick the items required and forward it to the surgery.
Electronic Prescription Service
Patients are now able to have their prescriptions sent directly to the pharmacy of their choice. To use this service please inform the pharmacy you wish to use and they will record your nomination and forward it to the practice.
Please note, this service is not for everyone. If you are on "Controlled Drugs" or your medication changes frequently, this service will not be appropriate for your needs. If in doubt please discuss it with your local pharmacy.
For more information, please click here.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
